1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and scheduling lessons with Solution Driving School, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services or booking lessons.

If the student is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review and sign these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the student before any training begins.

2. Student Eligibility

To participate in behind-the-wheel driving instruction, the student must satisfy the following conditions:

• Possess a valid New Jersey Driving Permit (learner's permit) or a valid Driver’s License.
• Have the physical permit or license present on their person during every single lesson. Photocopies or digital images are not accepted under New Jersey state law.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Closed-toe shoes (sneakers, flats) are strictly required for safety. Sandals, flip-flops, or high heels are prohibited during practice.

3. Lessons & Pricing

All appointments must be made through our online booking system or directly by contacting our support line. The base rate for standard instruction is reference-based and set at $120 USD per lesson.

Lessons include door-to-door pickup and drop-off service within our active service area. Instructors will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If the student does not appear within this grace period, the lesson is forfeited and billed in full.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and our instructors' schedules. Therefore, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy:

• Notice Period: You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to show up for a scheduled lesson, will result in a fee equivalent to the full price of the lesson.
• Weather & Emergencies: Solution Driving School reserves the right to cancel or postpone lessons in the event of extreme weather conditions, road hazards, or mechanical issues with the vehicle. In such cases, lessons will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5. Safety & Conduct

Safety is our absolute priority. Our training vehicles are equipped with dual-control auxiliary brake systems. Students must follow all verbal instructions given by the driving instructor immediately and without argument.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for driving under the influence. If an instructor suspects that a student is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prescription medications that impair driving ability, the lesson will be canceled immediately, and the full lesson fee will be charged.

6. Liability & Insurance

Solution Driving School vehicles are fully insured and bonded in accordance with New Jersey State Motor Vehicle Commission requirements. Our instructors are state-certified and background-checked.

While we take every precaution to ensure student safety, driving carries inherent risks. Solution Driving School is not liable for accidents or damages occurring during training except to the extent covered by our commercial vehicle insurance policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
