1. General Overview
Welcome to Solution Driving School LLC. By scheduling, purchasing, or attending any driving lesson, road test service, or educational package offered by Solution Driving School LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Our services operate in strict compliance with New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJ MVC) regulations under Certified State License #000415.
2. Student Eligibility & Permits
To participate in behind-the-wheel driving instruction, all students must possess a valid, unexpired New Jersey Learner’s Permit, Examination Permit, or valid Driver’s License during every session. The physical permit or license must be presented to the instructor at the start of each class. Instructors reserve the right to cancel any lesson without refund if a valid permit is not physically presented.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
Standard behind-the-wheel classes are priced at a base rate of $120 USD per session (duration: 1 hour and 40 minutes). Final pricing may vary depending on the student’s pickup and drop-off location. Payments are made directly to the assigned instructor on the day of the class prior to starting the lesson, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respect your time and require advance notice to manage instructor schedules. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment by calling or texting (973) 925-3326. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session slot.
5. Safety & Conduct Regulations
Safety is our top priority. Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor immediately and without exception. Instructors maintain full authority to terminate a lesson immediately if a student displays unsafe driving, impairment, aggression, or conduct that jeopardizes the safety of the student, instructor, or public. Under such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
6. Road Test Services
Solution Driving School provides dual-control training vehicles for official NJ MVC Road Tests upon request. While our instructors provide rigorous preparation and defensive driving techniques, passing the NJ MVC Road Test is determined solely by official MVC examiners. Solution Driving School LLC cannot guarantee an automatic passing result.
